Appointment at FirstAssist Legal Protection

FirstAssist Legal Protection has appointed Richard Hermida as its head of after-the-event underwriting. Hermida joins FirstAssist from Elite Incident Management, where he was national sales manager. Beginning his career at LloydsTSB in 1994, Hermida held various roles there including team leader and call centre manager before moving to Legal and General and then Elite.
